All security guards meet the following minimum standards:

Have no criminal records

Are P.S.I.R.A (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority) registered

Have attained minimum Standard 9
-
Have been graded by an accredited training establishment
Training is completed as part of the contract preparation, special attention will be given to:

Public Relations
-
Administration and record keeping
-
Communication lines within the client complex

Emergency measures and actions
Officers will only be posted on site when:

All the requirements, selection and training criteria have been met

Are qualified for the job

Have passed a written and practical examination

Are fully conversant with company disciplinary, grievance, clothing policies and procedures

Have completed induction
