Recruitment and Training
Our success depends on recruiting the right person for the right job. It is therefore imperative that each officer be matched to the client's requirements and expectations.
Our clients are also given the opportunity of interviewing our personnel, prior to employment on their premises.
Each officer is trained, graded and examined by a training institute accredited by the S.O.B. All security officers are, as a condition of employment, fully conversant and must abide by the regulations as set out by the Security Officers Board.
ALL Security Officers posted on site will have the following minimum standards:
- Have no criminal records, P.S.I.R.A (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority) registered
- Have attained minimum Standard 9
- Have been graded by an accredited training establishment
When finally in service, training is done as part of the contract preparation, special attention will be given to:
- Public Relations
- Administration and record keeping
- Communication lines within the client complex
- Emergency measures and actions
Security Officers will only be posted on site when they:
- Meet all the requirements, selection and training criteria
- Are qualified for the job description they are expected to perform
- Have passed a written and practical examination pertaining to site instructions, customer's rules, regulations, policy and procedure
- Are fully conversant with company disciplinary, grievance, clothing policies and procedures
- Have completed induction as per your client contract specifications (Supervised by the Area Manager)
